Landshark Fundraiser Cancelled

The Landshark Fundraiser scheduled for this Sunday, November 15th, has been cancelled due to an unexpected cut in student staffing opportunities. Sorry for the inconvenience once again, and thank you to everyone who signed up!

UM ASCE at Canstruction

 

        On Friday, November 6th, UM ASCE competed in Canstuction. The event, sponsored by University of Miami School of Architecture’s Center for Urban & Community Design and Coral Gables Museum, comprised of students, faculty, staff, and alumni building a creative structure of their choice using canned goods. All of the cans collected for the event were donated to Camillus House to help families in need. Thank you to all the UM ASCE members who participated in the charitable event!

Landshark Stadium Fundraiser

We will be working the concession stands at Landshark Stadium next Sunday, November 15th. The game starts at 1:00 pm. but we are leaving from the ASCE office at 8:00 am. The dress code is black dress pants, black dress shoes, and a plain white t-shirt. (a black visor will be provided) Please remember the dress code is very strict and must be followed to be allowed to work.

Structures 101 Presentation 10/28

On Wednesday, October 28th, from 12:15-1:15 in MEA 202 a guest lecture, Adrianna, will be coming to give a presentation of basic Structures in Civil Engineering. Lunch food will be provided to those in attendance.
